Interviews are conducted and candidates can be tested for all professions at different organisational levels. Knut Wattum is certified in all SHL test products and tools, together with Human Factor’s Global Personality Inventory (GPI) tool.

Support in the recruitment process
Analysis of the working environment and Company culture
Our preferred starting point is to be involved in dialogues and get an understanding of how the customer’s working environment and Company culture works, including Company values.
Job analysis and job description
We participate in design of a job analysis based on the job description together with roles and responsibilities for the position. Main tasks and qualifications of the position are listed and internal and external interfaces are described.
Dialogue and interviews
The recruitment method adapted to the process will set the standard for how dialogues and interviews are conducted and completed by us in the selection process. We prefer to participate in initial selection phase.
Testing and in-depth interviews
Relevant candidates can be selected for in-depth interviews and testing. Knut Wattum is certified in all SHL test products and tools, together with Human Factor’s Global Personality Inventory (GPI) tool. And other tests can also be applied if preferred by the customer.
We make reference checks of candidates and register reference findings based the job analysis profile.
Offer and employment
The customer is responsible for the employment offer and we can support you in writing the offer and the employment contract.
